    access to a series of foundational capabilities
        - Connect: Ubiquitous, reliable and secure connectivity that is key to every digital system. Provide
           NEOM with “Digital Air” with investment in emerging technologies including satellite and space.
        - Compute: Hyperscale datacenter facilities to attract & house leading cloud service
           providers (CSPs) & other entities
        - Contextualize: NEOS, a city-wide OS weaved into everything physical & virtual, to act as
           NEOM’s brain and neural system

  • The world’s leading hub on human-machine fusion -- development of multiple hyper
    disruptive solutions (NEOM owned IP) for NEOM  sectors & other global customers

  • Attract leading and emerging tech-talent to sustain and extend innovation

  • Become the “birth place” for new tech titans and promising start-ups

  • Establish NEOM as a living lab and implement launch studio,
    a new innovative operating model
